JDONG's integrated aluminum-plastic mirror line is built on the platform design library behind more than 800 mirror models. Assemblies are produced on 14 dedicated mirror assembly lines with a combined capacity of 2 million units per year, with lens bonding performed in a Class 100,000 cleanroom and painting in a Class 100,000 clean booth on a mirror-dedicated fixed-spray line. Every assembly passes a 100% end-of-line station verifying angle adjustment, turn signal, electric heating, power fold, BSD and camera functions.
