What we make

Four product series, four production systems, three Qingdao plants

Mirrors are the core business: over 40% of China's domestic heavy-truck mirror market for seven consecutive years, on a platform library of more than 800 released models. Automotive electronics, cooling modules and steering columns each run on their own complete production system, so every series is supplied from validated, in-house capacity.

Manufacturing

53 injection-molding machines, 14 mirror assembly lines, fully automatic SMT and active-alignment lines, two aluminum brazing furnaces and in-house machining for every steering column component.

Manufacturing capability

R&D

79 engineers across a company research institute and R&D centers in Qingdao and Shenzhen, research partnerships with Tsinghua, Jilin and Wuhan University of Technology, and in-house CAE and CFD analysis.

R&D capability

Quality

A CNAS-accredited laboratory with 100 inspection and test devices and 2,010+ test items, every national and European mirror test in-house, and China's largest radiator wind-tunnel laboratory. IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 certified.
