What JDONG collects through this website, why, and how to reach us about it.
What we collect
This website has no accounts, no analytics cookies and no tracking scripts. The only personal information it processes is what you type into the contact form: your company, name, work email, optional phone or WhatsApp number, the product series you are interested in and your message.
How it is used
Form submissions are delivered to the JDONG sales team by email and kept in a private log on our server so an enquiry is never lost. They are used only to answer your enquiry and, if a program follows, to run that program with you. They are not sold, shared with third parties or used for marketing lists.
Retention and your rights
Enquiries are kept for as long as the commercial relationship or follow-up requires. You may ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it at any time by writing to sales@jdong-group.com.
Hosting
The website is served as static files from a server operated by JDONG. Standard web-server access logs (IP address, requested page, time) are kept for security and retained for a limited period.
