The CNAS-accredited laboratory operates 100 inspection and test devices covering more than 2,010 test items, spanning environmental, performance, dimensional and optical testing across all four product series. It can run every national and European standard mirror test, making it one of the most comprehensive in-house mirror laboratories in China.
The optical bench uses IMATEST to evaluate 16 vehicle imaging parameters including resolution, color fidelity, brightness and color uniformity, white balance, grayscale, SNR, distortion, field of view, stray light, ghosting and sensitivity. The site also runs the largest and most advanced comprehensive radiator wind tunnel laboratory in China.
The laboratory is separately approved by FAW Jiefang, Dongfeng, JAC, Foton and Shacman.

In-line inspection
Every mirror assembly passes a 100% end-of-line station covering angle adjustment, turn signal, electric heating, power fold, BSD and camera functions. Camera modules go through automated image, electrical, contamination, airtightness and aging tests. Steering columns are 100% inline-inspected for torsional clearance, slip force, retention force, adjustment force and locking torque.
North American compliance
JDONG's published certifications cover IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ECE R46 and GB 15084. FMVSS 111 and SAE compliance for the North American market is confirmed with the sales team on a per-program basis.
