Two imaging platforms, more than 30 application platforms
The AVM camera is one of four application areas on JDONG’s two imaging platforms, which together span more than 30 application platforms. Sensor options include PV4209, OV2718, OV X3C, IMX290, AR0233, AR0234, GC2053 and GC2093 at 2 megapixels, with AHD or LVDS output at 30 or 60 fps.
Modules are produced on a fully automatic active-alignment line with six-axis alignment and 8 µm precision in a Class 10,000 dust-free workshop, and every unit goes through automated image, electrical, contamination, airtightness and aging tests.
- The AVM camera is one of four application areas on JDONG's two imaging platforms, alongside streaming media, CMS and DMS/OMS.
- Modules are produced on two fully automatic active-alignment lines and a thread-focus line running above 140 pieces per hour.
