From SMT to optical characterization on one floor

The T20 is the top configuration of JDONG’s T technology platform. It pairs an 8.9-inch 1920 × 720 display driven by a TP6806 over LVDS with 2.5-megapixel capture at 60 fps, and supports front, rear and reverse triple-camera operation for a wide, high-definition, low-latency rear view.

Streaming mirrors are offered on three technology platforms — T, N and G — so a program can move between LVDS and AHD architectures, dual and triple cameras, and display sizes while keeping the same supplier and validation base.

  • Camera modules are aligned on fully automatic active-alignment lines — six-axis, 8 µm precision — in a Class 10,000 dust-free workshop.
  • Image, electrical, contamination, airtightness and aging tests run automatically on every unit.
  • Optical performance is evaluated with IMATEST across 16 vehicle imaging parameters, including resolution, color reproduction and brightness uniformity.
