Built and tested in-house

Molded, painted and bonded on one site

JDONG’s integrated aluminum-plastic mirror line is built on the platform design library behind more than 800 mirror models. Assemblies are produced on 14 dedicated mirror assembly lines with a combined capacity of two million units a year, with lens bonding performed in a Class 100,000 cleanroom and painting in a Class 100,000 clean booth on a mirror-dedicated fixed-spray line.

Every assembly passes a 100% end-of-line station verifying angle adjustment, turn signal, electric heating, power fold, BSD and camera functions before packing.

  • Housings are molded on 53 Haitian injection-molding machines from 60 to 3,300 tons, each fitted with a swing-arm robot for automatic part removal.
  • Painting runs in a Class 100,000 clean booth on a mirror-dedicated fixed-spray line.
  • The CNAS-accredited laboratory runs every national and European standard mirror test, from xenon aging to vibration and salt spray.
